Andy and Christina Meinen are Realtors, who specializes in real estate, second homes and investment property along Scenic Highway 30A, Sandestin, and Destin. Christina has been a Realtor since 2004 and loves finding truly unique property for her customers along the Emerald Coast. Andy has been a Realtor since 2009 and works with sellers and buyers to make sure all of their needs are met. Both Christina and Andy each have their Florida Broker license and are licensed Broker Associates.
Christina grew up in Germantown, TN, where her parents still live. She vacationed with her family for many years along the white beaches of the Emerald Coast and grew to love the area. After graduating from Mississippi State University with a degree in Real Estate and Mortgage Appraisal Financing, Christina moved to the beautiful beaches of South Walton to sell real estate. Christina has sold real estate along the Emerald Coast for 20 years.
Andy graduated from Auburn University with a Journalism degree. He moved to Santa Rosa Beach, where he worked for several newspapers as a reporter before changing careers to real estate. Andy grew up in Lake Forest, IL, a small town with beaches of its own on Lake Michigan just north of Chicago.
Andy and Christina have a proven track record in selling luxury real estate along the Emerald Coast. Helping their customers create wealth through 1031 tax exchanges and real estate investing is one of their specialties. 2023 was a very successful year both personally and professionally for the Meinen Family.
2024 marks their 20th year selling luxury real estate properties along Scenic 30A and the Sandestin areas. They look forward to a successful year with you and many wonderful memories with their twin girls who just turned 4! In her free time, Christina enjoys pilates, cooking and baking, traveling, being a Tri Delta alumni and her Catholic faith. Andy and Christina are parishioners at St. Rita’s Catholic Church in Santa Rosa Beach. Andy is a golfer and avid Auburn football fan.
